Booking conditions

The apartment is located in a residential area. Please be extremely considerate to other tenants and keep noise to a minimum at all times, and especially between 8.00 p.m. and 10.00 a.m. In case of a complaint from neighbours you may be asked to leave. Please note: No smoking anywhere inside the building.

• Cancellations can be made by e-mail to office@odapartment.eu
• On your arrival you may be asked for a 100 Euro deposit against possible damage to the premises resulting from negligence.
• Please pay for your stay on arrival in cash in Euros, British pounds, US dollars etc.
• Please provide your estimated time of arrival so we can arrange the key hand-over.
• On your arrival you will be met at the apartment with the keys. If on the day of your travel you think you will be late, please contact us by mobile phone: +421-902-108 312 or +421-910-902 227.
• As a general guideline the check-in time is after 9.00 a.m. and the check-out time is at 12.00 a.m., nevertheless, we will try to accommodate your schedule whenever possible.
